Seaway Release New Video “Lula On The Beach” Band To Donate $1 Per Share To The ASPCA

Seaway is thrilled to share their charming new video “Lula On The Beach,” which features a rotating cast of four-legged friends. Fans can check it out now, here:

In light of Hurricane Harvey and Irma, the band has pledged to donate $1 per video share (up to $1000) to the ASPCA to support relief efforts in Texas and Florida. “Lula On The Beach” is the latest from Seaway’s recently released album, Vacation, 2017 via Dine Alone Records. I would say that collectively, Lula is probably our favourite song off the record,” shares Andrew Eichinger. “It’s definitely the most different sounding song we’ve ever done and the furthest we’ve stepped out of the space we’ve been operating in over the last couple of years. At the same time, it somehow encapsulates the entire Seaway vibe and what we’re all about as a band.”

He continues: “The video was really fun for us because on the surface, ‘Lula’ just sounds like it’s another song about a girl, but as the video reveals, it’s really a song about bringing your dog to the beach … Miguel, Dave, and everyone else at YEAH! Films were the obvious choice for us on this one. We’ve been talking about making a beach video with them since high school, and it’s gratifying to see the result of working with friends who are all on the same page creatively.”

Seaway is currently on tour in the U.S in support of their forthcoming record. The band will return to Canada in November to open for Silverstein on their cross-Canada tour. Tickets for the tour are now available to purchase. For all confirmed tour dates, please see below.

Since forming in 2011, Seaway has emerged as one of Toronto’s most significant pop-punk bands to come along. Comprised of Ryan Locke (vocals), Patrick Carleton (guitar, vocals), Ken Taylor (drums), Adam Shoji (bass), and Andrew Eichinger (guitar), to date, the band has released three full-length LP’s, three EP’s and has toured extensively in North America and the UK, touring alongside Neck Deep, Knuckle Puck, Silverstein and many more.

The band released their new album Vacation on September 15, 2017. Order it now at this location, or via iTunes.
