The first episode of Bucketlist TV is out!
We were honoured to have Vox N Hops host and Cryptopsy screamer, Matt Mcgachy in the kitchen with us for some beers and pizza. The challenge was for us to find a vegan pizza Matt can enjoy, and Matt had to find a beer for the not-fond-of-beer hostess, Liz.
Jason then challenged the two of them to come up with their own names and recipes for their beer and pizza passions. Which ones do you think would go best together?
Pizza: The Flesh to Nothing: Calamari/Blue cheese/mushrooms/extra tomato sauce, mozza in a deep dish
Beer: Hops, cinder, smoke: A lightly smoked dry hop pale ale with mosiac hops
Pizza: The Curse: Provolone/ground beef/onions/hot peppers
Beer: The end of HazeCraze: A west coast IPA hopped with citra
Pizza: The Morningstar: Marinated Eggplant/Goat cheese/Red onions/Red peppers
Beer: Hop Me: A double dry hopped double IPA with Wakatu & cascade hops
Pizza: The Absolute: Mac n cheese /Bacon /Chives /Mozzarella
Beer: Wake the dead: A non-alcoholic coffee oatmeal stout

Pizza: The Make America Hate Again: Kangaroo meat/Blood pudding /Beans/Mozzarella cheese
Beer: Unholy Saisions: A blended saison with 50% saison aged for 6 months in Shiraz casks and a younger saison
