HEAVY MONTRÉAL WILL USE ECOCUP REUSABLE CUPS
Heavy Montréal continues to expand its efforts towards sustainability by announcing it will use personalized and reusable cups thanks to a brand new partnership with Ecocup Québec.

The goals of this new initiative are the following:

  • Present an ecological and sustainable solution by eliminating the production of disposable glasses and other single-use containers
  • Keep the festival site clean at all times
  • Provide festivalgoers with the opportunity to keep the cup as a souvenir.

How does it work?
During their first purchase at the bar, the festivalgoers will have to make a $2 deposit for the Ecocup glass (16oz) on top of the price of their drink.  At the end of the festival (or drink), the attendee can either give the cup back and receive their $2 deposit back, or keep it as a souvenir of the festival.

All of the returned cups will be washed by Ecocup Québec in order to be used at future events.

THE HEAVY MONTREAL SCHEDULE WILL BE RELEASED VERY SOON! STAY TUNED!
