MUTEK and Piknic dance together this Sunday!

Piknic Électronik® reunites with their friends at MUTEK to present a stellar program of forward thinking dance music this Sunday. The party kicks off at the Solotech stage with a trio that’s guaranteed to produce some unpredictable sparks: the MUTEK All stars, an international mix of Damian Romero, Nerone and Koki, from the teams behind MUTEK Mexico, MUTEK Barcelona and MUTEK Japan. Without skipping a beat, we head right into a live set by Montreal’s own Alicia Hush whose performance at Igloofest dazzled us all. And for the grande finale, we’re in for a real treat with legendary veteran Josh Wink, a friend of Piknic for ages, who’ll take us home with the finest selection of banging house, techno and everything in between.

The MUTEK collaboration extends to the Vidéotron Mobile stage with another Igloofest star that we can’t wait to hear again, Montreal-via-California techno maven Stefny Winter. How will this party end? It’s a surprise! Keep an eye out on Sunday and find out!

About Jordan Hodgins 70 Articles
Jordan, in an attempt to avoid an overly-romantic bio, has chosen to stick to the cold, hard facts about her life. She has been reading ever since she can remember, but didn't decide to try her hand at writing (heh heh) until she had no other choice while attending university. Jordan has always been an incredibly passionate person, and for her, writing and music provided the perfectly blended outlet to keep her relatively out of trouble. Jordan's heart lies with the kind of old-school blues and gospel that gave rise to and inspired Elvis; she enjoys anything with soul, or has the ability to unite an eclectic crowd according to (in)tangible ties. Jordan's goal in writing for Bucketlist is to organize her intuition in a way that makes sense enough to which at least one person will relate. Enjoy!
