Sweden’s Valsaland Release new Video for “Requiem”

Sweden’s Valsaland, a music and video project, have released a new video for “Requiem” a new single from their upcoming album. More details on that coming shortly.

Valsaland consists of  25 instrumentalists, many more in the film productions.

Director Goblin Mikkanen comments: “This video is a claymation made together with designer and animator Tamara Varga (stockholm/hollywood/budapest). The song is called “Requiem” and literal translation of lyrics are “We think we are going to die together. Die together, tonight”.

Valsaland has also recently released a new video for “Dödens Ambiens” from their current album, Fängelset.

Their single and video for “Fåån” won the Videoclip/Musical Special Award at the Italian Skepto International Film Festival earlier this year. “Leka” won Best Music Video Award at the Plum Tuckered Film Festival in the USA as well.
